Ayurveda Detox & Renewal Retreat Program

3 Days 2 Nights Ayurveda Detox & Renewal Retreat 

To maximize the benefit of this detox retreat experience, we highly recommend you prepare your mind and body at least 3 days before arriving.  Please review the daily schedule below as well as this FAQ to learn about the preparation.  
Day 1
3:00pm     Arrival & Welcome Tea 
4:00pm     Opening Circle & Ayurevda Detox Introductions
​5:30pm     Mindful Eating: Dinner
7:00pm     Candle Gazing & Yin Yoga
​​10:00pm   Lights Out 
Day 2
6:00am     Morning Bell, 5 Senses Cleansing
6:30am     Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation 
8:00am     Lemon Water Detox
9:00am     Rest Time
10:00am   Ocean Therapy & Nature Walk 
11:00pm   Mindful Eating: Breakfast & Lunch
12:00pm   Ayurveda Energy Rejuvenate Therapy (30 Min 1:1 Consultation, 60 Min Abyanga, 60 Min Shirodara)
3:00pm    Herabl Hydration Tea
3:30pm    Free Time ​ 
5:00pm    Mindful Eating: Dinner 
7:30pm    Silent Mindfulness Time / Self Reflection Journalling
10:00pm  ​Lights Out 
Day 3
6:00am     Morning Bell, 5 Senses Cleansing
6:30am     Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation 
8:00am     Lemon Water Detox
9:00am     Rest Time
10:00am   Ocean Therapy & Nature Walk 
11:00pm   Mindful Eating: Breakfast & Lunch
12:00pm   Free Time / Packing

2:00pm    Inspirations with Zen Master Chang
3:00pm    Herbal Hydration Tea ​
​4:00pm    Closing & Loving Kindness Energy Circle
