What is Ayurveda Wisdom in the Workplace?
Ayurveda is the world’s oldest holistic healing knowledge originated from India more than 5000 years ago. Ayurveda is known as “the science of life” - imparting wisdom on how to create a healthy mind and body that can lead to fuller, richer, and happier lives. The central theme of Ayurveda wisdom is that each person is born with a unique combination of energy that shapes our body functions, outer appearances, even the way we think and behave. This knowledge is particularly useful in the context of the modern workplace to understand our innate strength and weaknesses, to navigate relationships and interact with different personalities within a dynamic team.

What to Expect?
You will learn fundamental principles of Ayurveda and how it can be applied to our everyday life, especially in the workplace where we spent more than 1/3 of our time! You will have the opportunity to find your unique “personal constitution” that represents your innate nature, and learn practical knowledge to help you unlock your full potentials and improve your working relationships with others. This wisdom also covers how each body type has a most suitable lifestyle and diet at different seasons.  This would explain and counter certain ailments, and lead to better health and performance.
