Ayurveda Energy Rejuvenate Journey is a customized and all encompassing experience to help you deeply relax and renew your energy. Upon arrival, you will have your own private space overlooking the ocean. You will begin with a 1:1 consultation with our Ayurveda health practitioner to help you develop a personalize Ayurvedic healing regime. This is followed by a chakra cleansing meditation by the beach, allowing you to release negative energy and create space for new possibilities. Then, you will enjoy a soothing warm oil Abhyanga and Shirodhara treatments, nourishing the whole mind and body. After a restful treatment, you can enjoy traditional Ayurveda healthy dessert and tea, followed by a cleansing herbal shower to complete this journey.

Ayurveda 1:1 Wellness Consultation (45 minutes)
During this one-on-one personal consultation, you will have the opportunity to explore your physical, mental and emotional health and understand the unique combination of Doshas that determines your mind-body type. Based on your needs, our Ayurveda health practitioner will prepare tailored recommendations on daily routine, diet, and wellness activities to help bring more balance, energy, and peace to your entire being. Personalized tips and take-home report will also be provided to inspire your continuing commitment to your well-being.
7 Chakra Energy Cleansing & Meditation (30 minutes)
Using Tibetan singing bowls, breathwork, earthing and meditation techniques, you will be guided to release stuck energy and negative emotions, allowing you to raise your emotional and spiritual vibrations. If weather permits, this practice will be done in nature by the sea!
Abhyanga (60 minutes)
This luxurious treatment combines traditional massage with acupressure of Marma points (specific energy centers) to promote healing, release of physical and emotional blockages, and eliminate toxins. Warm custom blended oil is massaged to the skin to induce relaxation and improve physical consistency, leaving the body naturally revitalized. Abhyanga is often referred to as the ultimate anti-ageing therapy for its purifying and invigorating effects.
Shirodhara (60 minutes)
The soothing therapy of Shirodhara entails gentle dripping of warm herbal infused oil, milk, or salt water continuously over the forehead to induce a deep state of serenity and relaxation. It is especially effective in treating stress-related conditions like insomnia, migraine, anxiety, tension and strain. Shirodhara is followed by a therapeutic Indian head and scalp massage to stimulate blood flow, lymph, and oxygen, eliminate toxins and keep the hair shiny and in good condition.
Herbal Shower & Afternoon Dessert and Tea (45 minutes)
Rest time is advised after Abhyanga and Shirodhara to balance the energies of the mind and body. During this time, you can enjoy warm organic herbal tea with a nourishing and healthy Ayurvedic dessert. Freshly prepared organic hair and body wash awaits you to enjoy in the shower to cleanse, stimulate, and remove excess oil from the hair and body leaving you feeling cleansed and relaxed.
