Day 1
3:00pm    Arrival and Welcome Tea 
4:00pm   Ocean Therapy & Nature Walk 
5:30pm    Dinner 
7:00pm    Candle Gazing & Yin Yoga
10:30pm  ​Lights Out 
Day 2
7:30am    Morning Energy Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation 
9:00am    Mindful Eating: Breakfast 
10:00am  Free Time 
12:30pm  Lunch 
2:00pm    Art of Meditation with Zen Master Chang 
3:00pm    Afternoon Herbal Tea ​& Healthy Dessert
4:00pm   Ocean Therapy & Nature Walk 
​5:00pm    Closing Circle & Loving Kindness 
5:30pm    Departure
