Origin Yoga & Welness 1-day retreat program is ideal for your team to start the New Year fresh & energized to reach new heights! The day starts with meet and greet to enjoy a delicious welcome tea & snack. This is followed by a super fun team building laughter yoga session focusing on year-end reflections, celebration of victories while letting go of set-backs in a joyful way. A healthy vegetarian lunch awaits, expertly prepared by our private chef, that will surely please all pallets. After lunch, it's time to get outside and experience a restful mindfulness walk in nature. Feeling relaxed and rejuventated, our retreat leaders will guide everyone to dive deeper into connecting with personal intuitive wisdom and team core values, and collectively set clear & powerful intentions for 2021. This magnificient day ends with a circle of support and appreciation for each other, bistowing the team a clear affirmations that will continue to encourage momentum, even after returning back to the office.

Retreat Location
Team building retreas take place in our large & spacious retreat center by Baishawan Beach, just 1 hour north of Taipei. Inside the center, you can enjoy a paranomic seaview and thoughtful details of comfort. Outside the center, beautiful Baishawan Beach and incredible nature are all within an easy 3 minutes walk.
