  1. What are my most important values, needs, and desires? Does my current life fulfill them?  ​
  2. What limiting belief impacts my life in undesirable ways? What is the origin of each belief? Is each belief still true for me today? 
  3. What kind of love did I receive from my childhood? How did it shape the person I am today?
  4. Do I have unfinished business? With whom? What inner work needs to be done to heal or to get closure?
  5. How am I spending my energy in my daily life? Are the people, places, things that I am spending my time on draining or uplifting my energy? 
  6. What emotion, habit or state of being repeatedly gets in my way? What do I want to let go of? 
  7. How will letting go and stepping into growth change my life? In what way would my new actions influence the lives of my loved ones? What ripple effect might show might be showing up differently created in the world? 
  8. What is one small step I can take starting tomorrow to grow into my desired state of being? 
  9. How will I hold myself accountable for my actions and goals?
  10. How will I celebrate my growth and accomplishments?
