Ayurveda Journalling Questions

Abundance

  1. What are you most grateful for in your current life?  
  2. What has been 3 of your most amazing accomplishments in life? For each accomplishment, list the skills, knowledge, strengths, values, or experiences that helped you achieve it.
  3. What's the best thing that happened to you this week?  How can you make more of that every day?
  4. If you have no fears, then you would……
  5. Make a list of negative thoughts or feelings that's currently in your mind. Then flip them around into something positive.
  6. What is your deepest, most burning desire right at this moment?
  7. Spend a few minutes visualizing your IDEAL life, then write about what you experienced. What did you see? Who's there with you? What are the emotions that you feel?
  8. How will you keep yourself focused on attaining an abundant life?
  9. How will you use your abundance to serve others and make an impact?
  10. What are some key inspirations from this retreat that I have received?​
