To maximize the benefit of this detox retreat experience, we highly recommend you prepare your mind and body at least 3 days before arriving.  Please review the daily schedule below as well as this FAQ to learn about the preparation.  ​

1:30pm    3 Hours Passage to Ayurveda Wellness Spa Treatment 
3:30pm    Afternoon Herbal Tea
5:00pm    Evening Meditation

7:00pm    Mountain Hot Spring
