Introduction & Pre-Class Survey
This class series is designed for a holistic understanding of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
Yoga knowledge ascertain that there are five layers to our beings: physical body, breath & energetic body, mental body, wisdom body, and bliss body. We will explore each layer guiding you to connect with your true self and inner joy.
You can expect each class to consist of inspirational yoga theories, physical movements, breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and meditation. You will gain strength, understanding, and control over the mind and body. With regular practice, you will be able to effective manage stress, improve energy, and overall health. It is my hope these sharing will empower your understanding of the self and your well being. See you in class!

Yoga Teacher: Lydia Chang
Lydia is the co-founder and welless director at Origin Yoga & Wellness, Taipei’s first yoga retreat centre located by the beautiful beaches of Baishawan. Yoga & meditation has always been a source of joy and inspiration for Lydia ever since learning from her father at the age of 10. The core of Lydia’s teaching is to inspire a connection with our most natural state of being where happiness, contentment, and peace resides.
Prior to moving to Taiwan, Lydia specialized in corporate yoga and mindfulness workshops for leaders in the Finance industry in Canada. Known for her passion and practical teaching style, she has guided hundreds of people through her popular yoga retreats, workshops and nature immersion experiences. Her private group clients include Google, GSK, lululemon, Bosche, and American Institue in Taiwan.
