Namaste! Thank you for signing up for class, we are looking forward to practicing yoga with you! :)
For each class, you can expect to experience inspirational yoga philisophy, physical movements, breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and meditation. You will gain strength, understanding, and control over the mind and body. With regular practice, you will be able to effective manage stress, improve energy, and overall health. It is our hope these sharing will empower your understanding of the self and your well being!
When you come to class, please plan to arrive 15 min earlier. Please bring your own yoga mat, block, straps, and a water bottle if possible. Mask also need to be worn at all times. Transportation info see here.

Yoga & Medittion Teacher: Lydia Chang
Lydia is the founder and principle teacher at Origin Yoga & Wellness, Taipei’s first yoga retreat centre located by the beautiful beaches of Baishawan. Yoga & meditation has always been a source of joy and inspiration for Lydia ever since learning from her father at the age of 10. In 2014, Lydia travelled to the birthplace of yoga in India to study ancient style of Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda, and recevied her teaching certification. The core of Lydia’s teaching is to inspire a connection with our most natural state of being where happiness, contentment, and peace resides.
Prior to moving to Taiwan, Lydia specialized in corporate yoga and mindfulness workshops for leaders in the Finance industry in Canada. Known for her passion and practical teaching style, she has guided thousands of people through her popular yoga retreats, workshops and nature immersion experiences.
