Ingredient: - 500 ml warm drinking water - 1/4 teaspoon or a pinch white sea salt - 1/2-1 teaspoon organic granulated sugar or honey - 2-3 fresh mint leaves crushed - 1 lime make into juice - 15-20 or couple of pinches of cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)
Instruction: 1. Lightly roast cumin seed on a little pan on the stove in open heat, let cool, crush into pieces. Cumin helps water absorb into your cells. 2. Mix everything together then drink. 3. Can drink this at anytime, after a detox, workout, or whenever you’re sweating a lot such as in the summer.
