Ingredient: - 500 ml warm drinking water - 1/4 teaspoon or a pinch white sea salt - 1/2-1 teaspoon organic granulated sugar or honey - 2-3 fresh mint leaves crushed - 1 lime make into juice - 15-20 or couple of pinches of cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)
Instruction: 1. Lightly roast cumin seed on a little pan on the stove in open heat, let cool, crush into pieces. Cumin helps water absorb into your cells. 2. Mix everything together then drink.
Special Notes: Can drink this at anytime you need during the detox process, after a work out, or whenever you’re sweating a lot such as in the summer.
