We care tremendously about the food we serve and that enter our bodies. We make healthy and delicious vegetarian food that is good for humans, animals, and our planet.
We use seasonal, locally sourced, organic and minimally processed whole foods wherever possible. Our produce is hand selected from farmers we know and partners we trust to guarantee quality and freshness.
Cooked with Love
Chef Edward is passionate about food; he prepares all meals with love to inspire and nourish the soul. We take pride in making everything from scratch and practice the art of root to stalk cooking. All meals are thoughtfully designed to provide a balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat, and a complete array of vitamins and minerals.
We accommodate vegan and gluten-free diets, and other minor food allergies if given 1 week's notice. Please specify your request and we will do our best to meet your needs! Please note our kitchen prepares meals containing nuts, onion, garlic, and ginger. We cannot guarantee 100% that traces of these items will not be in the foods.
Drink Filtered water, tea, coffee are available for your enjoyment throughout the retreat.
