Review your personal Ayurveda report recommendations and choose 1-2 tips to incorporate into your daily routine right away (i.e. Meditate for 20 minutes each day).
Get outside in nature for at least 30 minutes each day.
Eat meals of your choice keeping with detox food guidelines below.
Thursday (Day 7)
Congratulations! You've successfully completed the detox process! :)
Take time to rest, notice and observe the changes within your mind and body.
You can come back to normal food of your choice, but try to slowly re-introduce foods that you've previously avoided (1-2 types each day) and not all at once.
Detox Meals Guidelines
Drink 2-3 liters of water daily.
Recommend 2 meals daily, allowing 14-16 hours of time between the last and first meals.
Avoid heavy, hard to digest, channel clogging foods: meat (meat broth is ok), seafood (seafood broth is ok), gluten, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, eggs, dairy, nigh shade vegetables, raw food such as salad, soy products, nuts and grains needs to be soaked first before eating, vegetable oils, and any frozen, processed, left overnight, and non-organic foods.
Incorporate light, easy to digest, detox aiding foods: leafy green vegetables, reddish, carrots, asparagus, zucchini, okra, yam, bitter melon, celery, aloe vera, winter squashes, sweet potato, cilantro, parsley, ghee, and always choose fresh, organic, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
